Srishti Reddy, PsyD

Our mind, emotions, and life experiences affect our constitution. My clients and I work together to bridge the gap between the mind, physical body, and human energy system.  There is no “one size fits all” treatment, therapy is a collaborative process.

 

I work with adults on a wide range of issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and intimacy and relationship issues.

 

I strive to create a safe, warm, and supportive environment where clients are able to open up and explore their inner world with no judgment. I, along with my clients, create a therapeutic plan based on their unique needs that will help them meet their short-term and long-term goals.

Experience

I earned my Master’s and Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology

I am also a certified yoga teacher

My therapy experience includes:

  • Individual therapy with children and adults

​

  • Couples therapy

​

  • Stress management and relaxation techniques

​

  • Working with family units to improve client behavior and overall family dynamics

​

  • Individual and group therapy with

    • Adults diagnosed with Autism

    • Adults in a GED program

    • Adults dealing with drug and alcohol issues

    • Youth on probation

​

  • Therapy with children

    • Conducting therapy with children in their homes and community

    • Serving as a Behavioral Specialist Consultant for children

    • Co-facilitating workshops to help teachers deal with young students’ problematic behaviors

    • Creating and and co-leading an anger management group for children

​

  • Assessment

    • Administering standardized psychological tests, disability Evaluations, bariatric surgery assessments

    • Diagnostic work with developmentally disabled adults and children with learning disabilities

​

  • Group sessions with incarcerated youth and chemically dependent adults
