Connecting you to yourself and the world around you through kindness, care and self-compassion
Something has felt off for a while now. You’re surrounded by people yet you feel disconnected and alone. On the outside you seem to have it all figured out but inside you’re barely holding it together and you’re exhausted. You think about taking time for yourself but the guilt stops you. In trying to be there for everyone else you’ve lost touch with yourself and who you are. You’ve lost your voice.
Maybe you’ve thought about going to therapy before but there’s always been something else that’s more important to do, someone else that needs your help. YOU ARE important and now it’s time to take care of you.
I believe you have the power to create and have the life you want. I can help you empower yourself to regain your voice and rediscover the authentic you.
Let’s embark on this journey together, you don’t have to do it alone.
I am telehealth only, I conduct sessions through video and phone.
I am licensed in Texas and through PSYPACT I am also able to see clients in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
Our mind, emotions, and life experiences affect our constitution. My clients and I work together to bridge the gap between the mind, physical body, and human energy system. There is no “one size fits all” treatment, therapy is a collaborative process.
I work with adults on a wide range of issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and intimacy and relationship issues. The therapy sessions will address emotional and psychological needs, allowing the clients to grow in their own creative and potential areas towards a whole and integrated self.
I strive to create a safe, warm, and supportive environment where clients are able to open up and explore their inner world with no judgment. I, along with my clients, create a therapeutic plan based on their unique needs that will help them meet their short-term and long-term goals.
I look forward to taking this journey with you.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers need to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
